Join us during the first week of June as we help Her Majesty the Queen to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee. We will be holding several events for you to get involved in!ย
Tuesday 31st May 11am – 12pm we will be having a Jubilee Coffee Morning. Come and buy a Barista Coffee or Tea in Rooted Coffee House and get a free Jubilee cake! Come on your own and make some new friends or come with others – everyone is welcome!
Wednesday 1st June bring your children along to our Jubilee Cupcake Decorating Sessions. 11.30am or 1.30pm. You must book via Eventbrite to secure your tickets – ยฃ1.50 plus fees. For every ticket purchased, you will receive a token to get a kids free lunch in Rooted Coffee House when you purchase an adult meal. So come before or after your session and take advantage of our lunch offer!
Thursday 2nd June 9.45pm meet us at Premier Autocentres to light the Blackfen Beacon to pay tribute to the Queen’s long service of our country.
Lastly, join us around Blackfen to do the Blackfen Platinum Jubilee Trail – a free, magical augmented reality story trail! From now until 12th June. Look for the 7 posters located around Blackfen to find 7 magical characters on a day trip from Buckingham Palace. Bring your gadget to scan the QR codes!!
