Using some store cupboard favourites and a splash of refrigerated items find out how to make simple, quick, delicious and tasty food. This session helps you to avoid ultra-processed meals and eat healthier at the same time.

This is a friendly relaxed cookery session with lots of opportunities to ask questions and share experiences. Suitable for beginners or those looking for some inspiration!

We will also be covering top tips on how to use up your food wisely saving you money with some great food hacks.

The session will start with a quick overview and demo followed by a practical cookery session. The session will probably last for 1hr 45 mins – 2hrs max
