This year we are going bigger and better than ever before to celebrate Christmas in Blackfen. Using the streets, George Staples Car Park and Blackfen Community Library (of course) we are going to have loads of entertainment and stalls and events to help you and your loved ones get in to the festive mood.
Visit Santa and his elves in his grotto – inside Blackfen Community Library – tickets available on Eventbrite. More will be released nearer the time. Create some lovely crafts in the library, decorate a festive biscuit, make a badge, mirror or keyring, get your face painted or a Christmas tattoo and buy a festive treat from Rooted Coffee House! With hot chocolate, mulled wine and prosecco: watch out for Rooted Pop Up!
We will also have choirs, Saxofonic, bouncys, stalls from CeCe Events and lots lots more…

12 Days of Christmas Treasure Hunt
Collect a Clue Sheet from the library front desk anytime from 26 November and during December. Hunt for clues around Blackfen High Street, bring back your completed sheet for a small treat!
Christmas Window Art
Design a festive picture at home and bring it in for us to display in our window. There will be a small treat for those who take part. From 26th November.
