Join us for this 6 week course to help you find tools to improve your wellbeing, and that of others, in every area of our lives. Thursdays 1-2pm: starting 23rd February.
The Wellbeing Journey is based around 6 Key Areas of Wellbeing: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Relational, Financial and Vocational. The course is based from a Christian perspective.
Each week there will be time to get to know each other, have some input from a variety of speakers and watch some short video clips and then discuss all that we have heard and how we might apply this in our own and other’s lives.
Why not start the New Year by focussing on your Wellbeing and take a little time out for yourself!
