This year we are going to celebrate Christmas in Blackfen on Sat 28th November. In Blackfen Community Library we are going to have loads of entertainment and events to help you and your loved ones get in to the festive mood.
Visit Santa and his elves in his grotto – inside Blackfen Community Library – tickets available on Eventbrite book your space and time for £1. Some walk in tickets available on the day. Create some lovely crafts, make a festive badge, mirror or keyring or decorate a biscuit in the library, get your face painted or a Christmas tattoo, join in lots of fun games, try the tombola and raffle and buy a festive treat from Rooted Coffee House!
With market stalls outside the library and rides and bouncy castles in the George Staples Car Park, this is going to be the best event ever!
Saturday 28th November 10am-5pm. Don’t miss out! The grotto is open 11am-3.30pm.
Then join us at 4.30pm for Carol Singing round the tree in the George Staples finished off with the big Christmas Tree Light switch on at 5pm.
Come and help us create a festive community feel in Blackfen.
