We know some people are still anxious about the current situation but we don’t want that to prevent you from enjoying our books. If you are happy to leave your home for a walk in the fresh air but don’t want to come in to the library, we have a new service for you. Introducing our new Click & Collect service!
Click and Collect is a simple to use service. Check the availability of books by logging into https://www.readingcloud.net/ and using the search feature for whichever book title or author you would like. Once you have found a book you are interested in, take a look under the book’s image and you will see three small circles (green, red, and blue). The blue circle shows the total number of copies we have at the library and the green circle shows how many of those we have available at the moment.
Then call us on 020 8301 1433 or email us at [email protected], to let us know which books you like, your library card number and when you would like to collect the book(s). We will set them aside ready for you to collect. It’s that simple!
Don’t forget we are currently open Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00-15:00 – so books can only be collected on these days and times. If you contact us with your reservations outside these times, we will responded to you once we receive your message when we are back on site.
